Shipping and Returns
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 7 days. Within the Netherlands, the transit time is 1 to 2 days. If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please put this in the order note or contact me. I will then let you know what is possible, so that you can be sure that your package will be shipped on time.
If you order something via backorder, this means that the jewelry still has to be made. You can also count on your package being shipped within a week.
What are the shipping costs?
The Netherlands
Orders over €49.95 enjoy free shipping as standard.
For orders up to €49.95, standard shipping costs €3.95.
Do you want shipping with Track & Trace? This costs €6.95 within the Netherlands. You can check this option on the checkout page.
Europe
Orders over €100 receive free shipping as standard.
For orders up to €100, standard shipping costs €7.95.
Do you want shipping with Track & Trace? This costs €9.95 within Europe. You can check this option on the checkout page.
Worldwide
Orders over €150,- receive free shipping as standard.
For orders up to €150, standard shipping costs €14.95.
Do you want shipping with Track & Trace? This costs €16.95. You can check this option on the checkout page.
It's a gift, can I have it nicely wrapped?
All orders are beautifully and sustainably packaged and are a gift to unwrap!
Would you like your order to be extra festively wrapped, for example with a handwritten greeting? I would be happy to do that for you.
Please provide your message as a comment with your order and also whether the delivery address is yours or the recipient's. Then your order will be wrapped extra festively!
Will it fit through the letterbox?
Yes.
How will my order be shipped?
Via PostNL
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped as standard by letterbox post (an envelope or letterbox box with stamps).
If you qualify for 'free standard shipping', please assume letterbox post.
Track & Trace is possible, you can check this during the ordering process.
Returns
Buy from a distance
Did you order online and something arrived wrong or damaged? That is of course very annoying. Contact us asap (within 14 days) and we will solve it.
If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt (email: info@stonestreetjewellery.nl) and mention the following points:

- Order number:
- Product(s) to be returned:
- Preferably also the reason for your return:
You can then return the jewelry. The jewelry must be in new condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Custom orders will not be returned. The return shipment is at your own expense and risk. If the products are damaged or lost, they cannot be returned. So make sure that the jewelry is safely packaged and that you also state your name and order number here.

As soon as the jewelry has arrived undamaged and unused, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded in the same way as you paid. This may be deviated from in agreement.
Shipping costs will only be refunded when all ordered products are returned. In that case, you will be reimbursed the rate for Standard Shipping. If you have chosen an additional optional service with your shipment such as Track & Trace, you will not be reimbursed for those additional costs.
Buy on site
Did you buy something in a store or at a market? Please note that there is no statutory cooling-off period. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please let us know if there is anything wrong. We will then see what we can do in your case to solve it.
